New Eag floorplan and single entrance will enhance the business environment and improve visitor flow
Eag organisers have confirmed details of the new floor plan for 2026 which has been introduced to help visitor flow throughout the halls at ExCeL London and provide appropriate environments to satisfy the requirements of exhibitors across Eag, Sie Expo and the London Casino and Gaming Show.

Outlining the new format Eag Show Director Nicola Lazenby said: “With three exhibitions each with their own separate requirements and characteristics we have focussed on addressing noise levels and lighting to ensure that all our exhibitors have exactly what they require to showcase their products most effectively and meet with buyers in an environment that’s appropriate to their sector.
“Unlike an IT show, for example, where the layout is formulaic and can be described as being ‘off the shelf’ we have a lot of different requirements to accommodate. Our casino and gaming exhibitors were keen on having a more ambient sound level and being close to the frenetic atmosphere of the stands and products in Eag meant that was hard to deliver. As a result of these requirements, we have situated the SIE Expo in the middle of the show floor with Eag and the Lcg shows located either side.
“Essentially SIE Expo is slightly quieter than Eag which means that we have created an appropriate sound spectrum from one side of the show experience to the other. Creating an appropriate atmosphere is key and we believe that the Eag – Sie – Lcg layout is the best way to achieve that.”
Other changes will see the relocation of feature areas which serve as a focal point to attract visitors. “Certain feature areas have moved, and more features will be added” confirmed Lazenby. “The Bacta Lounge will be in the top left corner and the Sie Expo seminar theatre will be located at the back of show. In addition, a number of exhibitors are taking the opportunity to change their stand location meaning that visitors are more likely to explore the entirety of the show floor.”
Eag 2026 will also have a single entrance and exit which will create one high profile visitor touchpoint. Eag Chairman Nick Harding explained: “Following a great deal of discussion we decided that having one entrance will allow us to control the flow of visitors, create something that is representative of an exhibition that showcases the Amusements, Competitive Socialising and Gaming industries and enable us to more effectively direct visitors to those three component parts.
“It will also allow us to ensure that the key messaging about January’s show are the first thing that visitors will see and details of the 2027 show the last thing as they exit.”
